Disney’s Frozen “Let It Go” Covers

Don't worry, be happy. Just let it go.

Don’t worry, be happy. Just let it go

Who here loves covers? What about covers for the song “Let It Go?” So, this past weekend, I went and saw the new animated movie by Disney called Frozen here in Korea.  First thing first, never go watch a comedy in a Korean movie theatre if you want to revel in the experience.  I believe out of all the jokes that were told in this movie, I only heard of one Korean laughing.  It’s not their fault, it’s probably something being lost in translation.  Or maybe it is their fault.

Actually…to be honest, in my last 7 months here in Korea, I haven’t really seen any Korean laugh heartily.  Hmm, I think this topic might need an exploration in the future.  Soon I hope.

But I digress.  I really, really, need to stop doing that.  Anyway, are you still with me?  Good.  The whole point of this post is that that..*inhales breath*

THAT DAMN FRIGGING “LET IT GO” SONG IS BEING PLAYED IN EVERY FRIGGING PLACE IN KOREA AND NOW IT IS FOREVER HAUNTING MY DREAMS, MEMORIES, EVERY LIVING MOMENT OF EVERY ACHING BONE IN MY BODY.

*Exhales breath.*

Seriously, especially here in Korea, there are covers of it everywhere. Korea LOVES this movie. Well, now that that’s out of the way, how bout I get this song stuck in your head with some lovely Let It Go covers.  These are, in my awesomely opinion, the top 5 Let It Go covers that can be found on youtube.

Tribal Version by Alex Boye ft. One Voice Children’s Choir. Pretty amazing for such a young voice.

Comedy Version by Christina Bianco singing in many different female artists’ voice. This is frigging awepic!

Violin Instrumental by Jun Sung Ahn

25 Different languages. This is actually pretty badass.

Korea cover. Just to show some Korean love. And this is by far the best one I’ve heard. (Did I mention this song has topped almost all of Korea’s music chart? Yeah…Korea loves this movie).

What do you think of my picks? Let me know down in the comment below. If you like what you’re seeing, subscribe to the feed using the RSS feed above! Cheers!
